In pursuance of the Order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 25, 2009 No. R-3147 “On measures for the implementation of investment agreements signed following the results of the international conference “Free Industrial Economic Zone in Navoi: new investment opportunities for Korean partners”, JSC “Uzavtosanoat” completed construction of a number of factories for the production of automobile components, automobile generators and automobile wires in the Navoi FIEZ.

In order to further increase the industrial potential of the Navoi region, localize the production of automotive products, develop modern technologies, ensure employment growth, in the Navoi region, on the territory of the Navoi Free Industrial Economic Zone, Uzavtosanoat JSC is implementing a project “organization of production of automotive components” together with the Indian by Spark Minda Group.

The goal of the project is to create production facilities for the production of modern automotive components that meet international requirements and standards in order to further develop the automotive industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan and deepen localization.
